Entertainment

Atlanta Special Events DJ’s: Lori and Frank O’Brien are fun, experienced and interactive Disc Jockeys. Frank will mix the country tunes while Lori may sing a song or two as one of her country “characters” like Tammy Why Not or Patsy Swine!

Country Karaoke: Do we have any budding country stars in the house? Tonight’s Entertainment will bring their karaoke system along and folks can choose from hundreds of country songs to display their talent (or lack of)!

Country Line Dancing: In the course of the day’s fun, Lori will teach a couple of line dances to anyone who wants to “hoe down”! Get the boss and the supervisors out there for this fun and often, hilarious interactive activity.

Attractions

Choose two of the following:

Mechanical Bull: You asked for it! Now can you survive a whoopin’ of twists and turns on this wild bull ride? The bull is surrounded by a 20’ square inflatable cushion just in case you find yourself exiting before the ride is over.

Rodeo Calf Roper: Picture yourself, your co-workers or your boss on a life size horse with lasso in hand! Now get ready to rope the life size electric calf as it runs by.

Rickshaw Races: Set up a course and have fun. These Rickshaws are here to take you places. Race against an opponent or just have our staff take you for a ride fit for a king. Three available.

Bingo: The timeless game for all ages. Fill a straight line on your card, yell “Bingo!” and win.

High Striker: A test of your physical strength! Pick up the sledgehammer and see if you can ring the bell!

Races

Choose two of the following:

Granny Races: You’ll die laughing as you watch each team member race to put on all the clothes in their bag and run across the track in a granny dress, pearls, shoes, etc. Hilarious!

Bouncy Ball Derby: Remember your Hippity Hop when you were a kid? Try doing it now. Straddle your legs around that 26” ball and hop across the field. Works best on grass.

Pants on Fire: Your team member has on these great big pants while the rest of your team tries to toss multicolored balls into them. Watermelon Seed Spitting Contest: Can’t have a hoe down without a seed spitting champion!

Decor

To create the hoe down atmosphere, your package will include a variety of country items such as: horse saddles, tack, rocking chairs, and bales of pine straw, scarecrows, pumpkins, corn stalks and flowers. The package will also include festive balloon décor including clusters of balloons in country colors of yellow, brown and orange strategically placed throughout the event location.

Table Presentation and Centerpieces: Table centerpieces consisting of terra cotta pots filled with daisies. Tables will include colored plastic table clothes.

Buffet Presentation: Depending on buffet set up, we will provide either one large or two medium sized centerpieces of country flowers. Buffet table will also include linen table covers and skirting along with country themed “props” scattered around the buffet.

Tenting, dinner tables, buffet tables and chairs will also be included in your décor package.

Concessions

No party is complete without Snow cones, popcorn and cotton candy. Each concession will include a skirted table with supplies and staff.
