The Enchantment of Polynesia
We will bring the magic of the Islands to you!
The Enchantment of Polynesia is an exciting theme that you can choose for your Party in a Parking Lot - a great way to have a company picnic or other event at your site, with everything included.
Packages can be tailored to meet your desires and budget. So call Atlanta Special Events at 678-542-2004 to get started.
Hint: If the event is 3-4 hours, you can still get a half day’s work in!! Or better yet, Atlanta Special Events can plan a morning of Team Building or Motivational sessions, followed by the Party in a Parking Lot.
Entertainment and Attractions
Atlanta Special Events DJ’s: Experienced
interactive DJ and MC, Lori and Frank O’Brien,
will entertain with Polynesian music and/or fun
dance music. In addition, Karaoke is available
upon request.
If you prefer we can provide a Steel Drum
performer.
RoboSurfer Simulator: Hang Ten Dude! Hop
aboard and see how well you ride the waves.
Balance is the key.
Badminton Or Volleyball: Whether you are into
high flyin’ fun or spikes and digs, either game is
sure to be a success at your Party in a Parking
Lot.
Hula Hoop Contest: How long can you keep
your hoop on your hips? Better yet, how many
hoops can you turn at one time? A great
contest for everyone!
Caricature Artist: Watch as our caricaturist
transforms you and your co-workers into
hilarious cartoon-like characters.
Limbo: How low can you go? Get down to the
limbo tune, and we mean way down…The person
who gets closest to the ground without falling
or hitting the stick wins!
Water Balloon Toss: Toss the balloon from
one colleague to another, but watch out! If the
balloon breaks you could be the one hit with the
splash!
Pants on Fire: Your team member has on
these great big pants while the rest of your
team tries to toss multicolored balls
(or Water Balloons) into them.
Choose 1 of the following:
Polynesian Entertainers and Fire Dancers: Lovely island maidens welcome your guests with leis. Mesmerizing drum rhythms and rapid swaying hips entertain your guests with the celebratory dances of the Polynesian Islands. An exhilarating 30 minute show climaxes with the Fire Knife and Fire Pio’ball dances. These native Polynesian entertainers bring the spirit of Polynesia to you with audience participation.
Wave Runner Simulator: Ride the waves on this Jet Ski simulator
Rock Wall: This is the ultimate in Rock Wall Challenges. Mounted on its own trailer, this mountain climbing training wall is a great challenge and loads of fun to watch.
Decor
To create the Polynesian atmosphere your package will include silk flower leis for each guest to be distributed by Polynesian dancers. Colorful decorations with gorgeous cut outs, lanterns, fish, tropical flowers, palm trees, floating Mylar butterflies and nesting Mylar parrots will be strategically placed throughout the event facility. Festive balloon décor including clusters of multi colored balloons.
Buffet Presentation: Huge and impressive round terra cotta pot filled with tropical greenery and fresh flowering plants. The presentation also includes colorful skirting around the buffet table, as well as, linen and fishnet overlays to add the enchantment of the islands.
Table Presentation and Centerpieces: Centerpieces will include colorful tropical flower displays of reds, pinks, yellows, birds of paradise and tropical greenery, and/or colorful tropical parrot Mylar balloons set in a red “nest” centerpiece. Tables will include colored elasticized plastic table clothes. Tenting, dinner tables, buffet tables and chairs will also be included in your décor package.
Smoothie Bar: A delicious smoothie bar will be decorated as a tiki bar with bamboo and other Polynesian artifacts. The smoothie bar will consist of several tasty Polynesian treats for everyone to enjoy.
Concessions:
No party is complete without fun food.
Choose 2 from: Snow Cones, Popcorn, Ice Cream Cart, Cotton Candy, Nachos, Funnel Cakes, Caramel Apple Sundaes, Gourmet Flavored Coffee station
Each concession will include a skirted table with supplies and staff.
