The Cattleman’s Country Hoedown – A Country Western Themed Party
Everyone’s got a little bit Country in ‘em! And wait till you get a taste of grandma’s home cookin’ recipes.
The Cattleman’s Country Hoedown is one of the themes you can choose for your Party in a Parking Lot – a hassle-free way to have a company event at your site, with everything included.
Packages can be tailored to meet your desires and budget. So call Atlanta Special Events at 678-542-2004 to get started.
Hint: If the event is 3-4 hours, you can still get a half day’s work in!! Or better yet, Atlanta Special Events can plan a morning of team building or motivational sessions, followed by the Party in a Parking Lot.
Country Western Entertainment
Atlanta Special Events DJ’s: Our DJs are fun, experienced and interactive with a mix of country tunes.
Country Karaoke: Do we have any budding country stars in the house? Atlanta Special Events will bring their karaoke system along and folks can choose from hundreds of country western songs to display their talent (or lack of)!
Country Western Line Dancing: In the course of the day’s fun, we will teach a couple of line dances to anyone who wants to “hoedown”! Get the boss and the supervisors out there for this fun and often, hilarious interactive activity.
Country Western Attractions
Included:
Mechanical Bull: You asked for it! Now can you survive a whoopin’ of twists and turns on this wild bull ride? The bull is surrounded by a 20’ square inflatable cushion just in case you find yourself exiting before the ride is over.
Bingo: The timeless game for all ages. Fill a straight line on your card, yell “Bingo!” and win.
High Striker: A test of your physical strength! Pick up the sledgehammer and see if you can ring the bell!

Races
Your choice of two of the following:
Granny Races: You’ll die laughing as you watch each team member race to put on all the clothes in their bag and run across the track in a granny dress, pearls, shoes, etc. Hilarious!
Hip Hoppers: Remember your Hippity Hop when you were a kid? Try doing it now. Straddle your legs around that 26” ball and hop across the field. Works best on grass.
Pants on Fire: Your team member has on these great big pants while the rest of your team tries to toss multicolored balls (or Water balloons) into them.
Watermelon Seed Spitting Contest: Can’t have a hoedown without a seed spitting champion!
Crafts: Spin Art Frisbees. Create a work of Art with colored paint spun onto a Frisbee. Great take home keepsake! Works well combined with our Frisbee Golf attraction.
Country Western Decor
To create the hoedown atmosphere, your package will include a variety of country items such as: horse saddles, tack, rocking chairs, and bales of pine straw, scarecrows, pumpkins, corn stalks and flowers. The package will also include festive balloon décor including clusters of balloons in country colors of yellow, brown and orange strategically placed throughout the event location.
Table Presentation and Centerpieces: Table centerpieces consisting of terra cotta pots filled with daisies. Tables will include colored elasticized plastic table clothes.
Buffet Presentation: We will provide either one large or two medium sized centerpieces of country flowers. Buffet table will also include table covers and skirting.
Tenting, dinner tables, buffet tables and chairs will also be included in your décor package.
No party is complete without fun food.
Choose 2 from: Snow Cones, Popcorn, Ice Cream Cart, Cotton Candy, Nachos, Funnel Cakes, Caramel Apple Sundaes, Gourmet Flavored Coffee station
Each concession will include a skirted table with supplies and staff.
